How Kai Fishing Works
- Base rate 0.041 Kai Points / hour. Gear bonuses add KP/hr as shown in Shop.
- Shop buys the next gear piece. Enhance (30 KP) adds a % of that piece's tier bonus (max +10).
- Enhance fail downgrades your shop gear one tier (or back to basic) and resets enhance — repurchase in Shop to recover.
- Enhance success rates: 90% → 15% → 10% by target level (+1–+10). Bonus scales from +30% to +200% of the gear tier.
- You may fish at only one location at a time. Location cannot be changed while a session is running.
- Catch cadence scales with your rate: 10 minutes at base → down to 1 minute at 20 KP/hr (server-authoritative).
- Auto-fishing runs offline via timestamps, stops at 24 hours, or when the bag is full.
- Share your nickname. Friends who enter it as their referral become your fishing followers.
- Angler Ranks unlock at 10 / 30 / 60 / 100 / 200 / 500 / 1,000 / 2,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 followers. Each rank doubles the +0.04 KP/hr bonus.
- Collection covers Kai Sushi nigiri/sashimi plus the full Rolls menu. Pier: Vegetarian, Classic, Premium, Baked, Tempura. Sea-only high tiers: Fried, Everyday Favorites, Pure Rolls.
- Sea fishing requires a boat. Sell catches anytime to reclaim Kai Points.
